Telur asin

Hei,,you know this guys?? yeah,,kalo kagak pada tahu mari saya kasih tahu... ini adalah "TELUR ASIN" makanan khas dari brebes/ tegal... yang terbuat dari telor bebek.. nah kalii ini kawan,, saya akan memberi tahu tentang cara pembuatan telur asin,karena saat SD ini pelajaran yang lumayan saya sukai...
Nah,,kalo dibrebes nih,,telur-telur bebek ini tuh,,di produksi ambil dikota brebes sendiri,,, tepatnya didaerah deket Pantai Randusanga,, sekarang kita mulai yuk tahap-tahapnya.

Bahan:
1. telur bebek yang bermutu baik
2. garam
3. abu gosok
4. batu bata(yang telah dihaluskan)
5. larutan teh
6. zat tanin

Alat:
1. Baskom
2. Panci
3. Ember Plastik

Langkah-langkah:

1. Pilih telur yang bermutu baik .
2. Cucilah telur dan bersihkan telur dari kotoran yang melekat. Lebih baik lagi bila menggunakan air hangat.
3. Keringkan telur yang telah dicuci tersebut. Gunakan lap agar proses dapat berjalan lebih cepat.
4. Amplas seluruh permukaan telur secara merata agar pori-porinya terbuka. Ketika mengamplas jangan terlalu lama sebab kulit telur akan semakin tipis sehingga akan semakin mudah retak atau pecah.
5. Buat adonan pengasin. Pertama-tama buat campuran abu gosok dan garam dengan perbandingan 1:1. Setelah itu tambahkan air secukupnya sampai membentuk pasta. Selain abu gosok dapat juga menggunakan bubuk bata merah kedalam baskom
6. Setelah itu tempelkan adonan ke telur hingga merata
7. Lalu masukkan telur-telur yang telah dibaluri adonan ke ember plastik selama 2-3 minggu dan dibaluri abu gosok hingga tertutup keseluruhan, semakin lama disimpan, kadar garam dalam telur semakin tinggi
8. Setelah selesai bersihkan telur dan pastikan telur tetap dalam keadaan utuh dan bagus.
9. Bila  ingin telur asin dapat lebih tahan lama, rendam telur dalam larutan teh selama ± 1 minggu. Hal ini dilakukan agar zat tanin yang terkandung dalam daun teh dapat menutupi pori-pori kulit telur yang sebelumnya terbuka akibat proses pengampelasan.
10. Bersihkan dan rebus telur asin hingga benar-benar matang.

Cara Merawat kulit agar tetap bersih dan putih alami

secara alami - Berbagai cara dan tips merawat kulit mulai dari kulit wajah sampai kulit sensitif. Siapa sich yang tidak ingin mempunyai kulit cantik dan bersih ?? Setiap orang pasti menggingginkan hal tersebut, sehingga berbagai cara pun dilakukan untuk mendapatkan kulit sehat, indah dan bersih. Dan tidak sedikit pula biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk mendapatakan kulit yang diidamkan tersebut. Dalam artikel kali ini saya akan berbagi cara merawat kulit khusus. Cara Mencegah Kulit Kering dan Sensitif

- Sebaiknya sahabat jangan terlalu sering membersihkan kulit atau mencuci muka, karena jika terlalu sering membersihkan kulit dengan menggunakan sabun, kulit kita akan kehilangan kelembapan alami dan membuat kulit menjadi kering dan tidak sehat. Dan gunakanlah air hangat dalam mencuci muka.

- Sebaiknya gunakanlah pelembab setiap hari. Jika sahabat memilki jenis kulit sensitif, sebaiknya gunakan pelembab yang tidak mengandung parfum atau lanoli.

- Gunakanlah tabir surya jika sahabat berada di luar ruangan atau udara terbuka. Sebaiknya gunakanlah tabir surya yang mempunyai SPF sekurang-kurangnya 15 SPF.

- Hindarilah memijat kulit dengan kuat dan jangan menggunakan scrub

- Hindarilah minuman yang mengandung kafein

- Minumlah air yang banyak, minimal 2-3 liter perhari. Selain dapat membuat kulit terlihat tidak kusam, air juga sangat baik untuk kesehatan tubuh kita.

- Berolahragalah sekitar 30 menit dalam 3 kali seminggu. Olahraga selain dapat membakar lemak juga sangat baik untuk kulit sehingga kulit terlihat lebih segar.


Cara Merawat Kulit Secara Alami

- Buah Pepaya
Buah pepaya selain baik untuk pencernaan juga sangat baik untuk meremajakan kulit sahabat.
Caranya : Haluskan buah pepaya yang telah ranum, kemudian campurkan dengan 1 sendok madu. Setelah itu oleskan pada wajah dan diamkan selama 20 menit, dan bilaslah hingga bersih. Khasiat dari buah pepaya ini dapat menganggkat sel-sel kulit mati dan mencegah kerutan di wajah sahabat.

- Buah Melon
Buah melon berkhasiat mendinginkan kulit yang terbakar oleh matahari, dan melon juga mengandung zat astrigent yang bermanfaat sebagai tonik yang dapat mendinginkan wajah yang terbakar karena matahari.
Caranya : Iris tipis buah melon dan kompreskan selama 20 m2nit pada wajah, setelah itu bersihkan dengan menggunakan air bersih.

- Beras Ketan
Beras ketan sangat baik dalam merawat kulit, selain mudah dan sahabat juga tidak perlu mengeluarkan biaya yang cukup mahal. Caranya adalah :
Beras ketan dicuci terlebih dahulu dan tiriskan (dalam mencucinya hanya disiram saja, jangan sampai direndam dengan air). Masukkan beras ketan ke dalam kantong yang terbuat dari kain satin dan katun. Setelah itu tumbuk perlahan-lahan hingga halus, lalu celupkanlah kantong yang berisi beras tumbuk tadi kedalam air hangat, diamkan selama beberapa menit hingga merubah menjadi seperti air susu. Setelah airnya berubah menjadi seperti air susu, lalu usahkan kantong yang berisi beras secara merata ke kulit sahabat, dan diamkan hinnga 2 menit.


Nah,,sampai disini dulu ya tips nya..jangan lupa vrienden semua harus mencobanya... n_n
